The Diocese of Liverpool is pleased to introduce Kelly Richardson, our Housing Manager, who is here to support clergy and their families with their housing needs.
From moving into a new home to dealing with everyday repairs and maintenance, Kelly is the main point of contact for clergy who have questions or concerns about their housing. Her role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including planned works, property condition and safety, as well as overseeing improvements to the Diocese’s clergy housing service.
Kelly is committed to ensuring that clergy homes are safe, warm and well maintained, while making sure the housing service responds to the needs of those living in them.
“I want clergy to feel comfortable coming to me or the team with any questions, concerns or issues. We’ll do our best to listen, understand what’s needed and work together to find a sensible solution.
I’m excited at the opportunity to be part of the Property and Buildings team, most importantly I’m looking forward to getting to know our clergy, parishes and colleagues across the Diocese and to learn more about the homes and communities we support.”
Who to Contact for Housing Enquiries
For routine repairs and maintenance, clergy should continue to contact Revive, the Diocese’s managing agent, as their first point of contact. Issues should be reported through Fixflo to ensure they are properly recorded, tracked and managed.
Revive can also be contacted at lettings@revivepm.co.uk. For emergencies, please call 07918 726 316.
For wider clergy housing enquiries, questions or concerns, clergy and their families are welcome to contact Kelly and the Property and Buildings team.
